At Hundred Acre Apparel, we aim to deliver your order quickly and securely using Australia Post as our primary shipping provider. If you require a different courier, please contact us, and we can arrange an alternative.


1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

2. SHIPPING TIMES & RATES

We offer domestic and international shipping via Australia Post. If you require a different courier, please contact us before placing your order.

3. FREE SHIPPING

We currently do not offer standard free shipping, but there may be sales and campaigns during certain periods.


4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can track your package at Australia Post Tracking.

5. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees, which are not included in our prices.
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country. Please check with your local customs office before ordering.
  • Hundred Acre Apparel is not responsible for customs delays or refusals.

6. LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS

  • If your package is delayed beyond the estimated shipping timeframe, please check your tracking details first.
  • If Australia Post confirms your package is lost, please contact us at hundredacreapparel.outlook.com so we can assist with a replacement or refund.
  • Hundred Acre Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as "delivered." Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.

7. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES

  • If you enter an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
  • We cannot guarantee address changes after an order is processed.
  • If an incorrect address results in a returned package, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
