  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Photo showing the fault or damage (if applicable)

Once we receive your request, we will assess the issue and determine whether a replacement or refund is applicable based on our return guidelines. Please note that in some cases, we may ask you to return the product to us.

WHAT CAN BE RETURNED?

We accept returns for the following reasons:

Once an order has been placed, it is immediately processed, and we cannot edit or cancel the order.
